Can you get pet hair out of the carpet and seats?
Yes. Pet hair removal is a separate add-on because it takes extra time — we use specialty rubber tools and a fine-bristle brush to lift the hair the vacuum can't grab. Add it on when you book.
Will you get out coffee, soda, or kid spills?
Most of them, yes. Anything fresh comes out clean. Older stains that have set in for months we can usually lighten significantly but can't always promise 100%. Stain treatment is a small add-on if you've got a few specific spots.
Is your leather conditioner safe for my seats?
Yes. We use a pH-balanced leather cleaner and a separate conditioner that's safe for OEM leather and most aftermarket. We don't use anything with silicone or solvents that dry out or discolor the hides.
How long until the carpet is dry after a shampoo?
About 2 to 4 hours with the windows cracked. We extract as much moisture as we can with a hot-water extractor so it's not soaking when we leave.
Can you get the smell out of a smoker's car?
We can knock it down a lot with the heavy odor add-on, which includes a deep interior clean plus an ozone treatment. Heavy smoker cars sometimes need a second pass — we'll tell you straight up when you book.
